¿Es parasailing safe?

Parasailing in Tenerife has an excellent safety record. Operators use modern equipment, certified harnesses, and experienced boat crews. Flights are cancelled in high winds or poor conditions to ensure safety.

What is the minimum age for parasailing?

Most operators allow niños from age 6 when flying tandem with an adult. Solo flights typically require a minimum age of 14–16. Weight restrictions apply (usually 40–120 kg per harness).

Will I get wet during parasailing?

Not normally — take-off and landing are from the boat platform. However, you can request a "dip" where the crew briefly lower you to touch the water before pulling you back up. It's great fun on a hot day.
